They tried slim jims and other things, i aske about drilling it out and they said that it wouldn't work.

We've had two locksmiths out here and they couldn't get it opened. After just a minute or so of drilling, you should be able to get. Use a hole saw designed to drill through steel to cut a hole for the deadbolt lock.
Remove the hinge pins and take the door down. You would also need a drill bit that would match the size of the lock, so you should rather get several sizes of bit drills so that you can try them and select the appropriate bit drill for the deadbolt lock. If that doesn't work, disassemble the deadbolt mechanism from the inside of the door.
